Tourism Authority of Thailand(TAT) has launched a revamp online training workshop offering travel professionals knowledge of Thailand with a chance to win a seat on Famil to Thailand later in 2015 upon completion.
The workshop has been designed to give travel professionals important information about Thailand, from answers to visitor’s FAQs – the best time to go to Thailand, options of travel to and around Thailand, things to see and do, best time to go, where to get reliable and up – to – date information and some travel tips.
Thailand has always been among Australia’s top five favourite international destinations during the last decade. Besides the internationally renowned Bangkok, Phuket, Ko Samui, Pattaya, Chiang Mai and Kanchanaburi, there are many more destinations waiting to be explored. In addition to these impressive destinations, what attract visitors to Thailand include its unique culture, its food and the friendly people.
The workshop will cover both Thailand’s popular attractions as well as the unseen and untouched alternate destinations. Phase one which is launched in April 2015 will cover the information on Thailand and Bangkok as well as key destinations on the Andaman Coast (Ranong, Phang – Nga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun), the West Coast of the Gulf of Thailand (Chumphon, Surat Thani and Nakhon Si Thammarat) and the East Coast of the Gulf of Thailand (Chonburi, Rayong, Chantaburi and Trat).
“Upon completion of the ‘Discover Thailand’ Workshop, travel professionals will not only gain better understandings about Thailand and its amazing destination, but also get a chance to win a seat on Famil to Thailand later in 2015.”, said Ms. Rujiras Chatchalermkit, Director of Tourism Authority of Thailand, Sydney office.
Participants can sign up at www.thailand.net.au/training. Once registered, participants are able to go through the workshop and will get a chance to win a seat on Famil upon completion.
“We hope this workshop will give travel professionals the information and knowledge they need to plan the perfect holidays for their clients, and help people discover the diversity of Thailand”.
